  • I made an appointment with Jan to bring my SEX in for updates, recalls, and service oil change etc... I was met promptly, friendly and professionally. Wonderful customer service! Had a loaner car ready to go for me. The paper work for me was already printed out. I didn't have to wait around at all. I haven't experienced that great kind of customer service from a service department EVER!! Then after Cindy called me and said my SRX was ready she met me at the door, called me by name and the other service writer(a guy) went to get my SRX I signed a paper already printed out with info performed . Then to my absolute amazement she gave me a $50 prepaid card for my inconvenience !! WOW!! Are y'all real people? How nice it is to treated with respect. Not found too much these days. The prepaid card was above and beyond even a random act of kindness. Thanks for a great and painless experience . Even topped my gas tank off for me, washed and cleaned the inside .. Just like new!
